Sorry to hear that happen to you, but I can't say I am surprised that a shipping company messed up your hatch. It almost looks like they bumped into it with a fork lift?

Filed a claim to the carrier Bax Global. Hope can get some money back. I still want to have a CF hatch, but this time I will do a personal pickup.
