Jim, can you get back to any of my PM's or Aim messages? I have been waiting forever.

I have an authentic Veilside lip that I had the same fit problems. I ended up sliding the lip in from the bottom up and it fit perfectly (after I did some filing on the ends so they flush fit to the bumper). My first test fit looked exactly like your photos.
I purchased an N1 CF spoiler from Showstoppers and had a perfect experience. Just my 2 cents.

I've had a few people send me pm's to install in that way, with the filling and everything. I never filled mine because if it didn't fit there would be no way of a return because it would be damaged. But that way didn't work. We tried that one at the shop as well.

Not my fault you don't know how to install body pieces.

Just for starters.. that was the first threads that popped up.

Glad to know people like handing money to a liar and a theif. Many people have had horrible experiences with Jim. I just happend to learn about this after i've had first hand experience with how horrible his customer service is. You do realize customers are what is keeping you in business right? The fact is you ignored me and never dealt with the issue. Then you LIED about calling DHL after Chuck said he was covering the return shipping by scheduling the pickup?

Also, look at the last post of that. Funny how he quit posting in that thread once that link below popped up. (Click below if you don't want to look at the end of the link above)

Maybe take some better pictures... Cause by looking at those, it seems as though a little muscle and a pair of helping hands could finesse that lip right on. And I'd have to agree that it seems more like 1/2" off rather then 2".

But, that being said, I'm sure after four months you've tried what you could to get it to fit.

I draw no conclusions from this thread.

I thought the same thing about it. The two inches is measured from the passenger side to the center piece. then from the drivers side to the center piece. And trust me after about the 2nd month of it just sitting there I tried and tried to get it on the bumper. I can understand me not being able to put it on. But when I take it to a shop that has put lips on cars before and they cant do it? Not to mention they have installed seibon lips before and they said they have never had an issue like this.

The lip is all packaged and bubble wrapped in the original box ready to go. I've tried for almost 4 months to get it on. I'm not taking it back out to try it again.

If the shop you keep going to is an authorized Seibon dealer, why didn't you just purchase it from them?

oh and with a 96.6% positive iTrader feedback, I really don't understand how people can say that Jim "scams again." 4 people out of the last 112 were not satisified. I don't know about you, but I'll probably side with the 108 that were pleased.

I hope you situation gets resolved ASAP. I am sure Jim will take care of you. From the look in the pic, it looks like the lip will fit.

Because we cant all pay for a 60% mark up can we? I'm glad you can see his iTrader rating but that still doesn't solve the fact that I have been lied to and cheated, does it? Just because it is showing only 4 doesn't mean this hasn't happened to others? I've searched on G35driver.com and this site and there have been many threads about Jim being a liar and scammer. I wish I would have searched that hard before I ordered because I would have never considered dealing with people like Jim and Chuck.

i have the same lip in fiberglass. mine was much shorter than that in the picture!! It will fit, you have to slide it up from the bottom with force. I know its a pain but its definatly doable!!!!

60% mark-up. I must be in the wrong business.
