Default Anyone ever tilt a 350z hood?

I want to tilt my Z's hood forward like the 280's. Has anyone ever done this with a 350 or has seen it done? I am doing some shows now and think it would be jst sick...

It would be a cool show mod. The problem is the pivot point. The front of the hood may not clear the bumper.

I've seen it done on the 350Z drift car. The one with the INGS kit. It's the color of, looks like a orange and yellow mix. But that probably doesn't help you though. But it will give you a start.

It does help. Means it is possible... I am going to the junkyard this weekend... see if I can get some vette or 280 hinges... and design it... anyone got any pics or some ideas how to do it please post, thanks

I am a little weary of that kit, i am going to call auto loc and see if the less expensive one requires hood pins. I have a custom paint on my hood and hood pins wont work...

I misunderstood.

I thought you wanted to raise the trailing edge of the hood like JDM style for cooling.
