Default Leather Paint?

Was trying to do something different on the interior. I want to get the center of the seats done in white and was quoted like $800 to do white suede/leather/ostrich you name it.. all labor of taking the seats apart...

Is there a cheaper way to do this? Like a paint for leather or something like that anyone heard of?

I dont want to do seat covers... they dont look oem factory enough.

SEM makes really good quality interior paints. I have used, and highly reccommend the plastic paints. However, I have not tried their leather paint (more like a dye).

Point taken... I really was just wondering.. Isnt leather just dyed anyway; so it would be possible to dye it different colors...

I think your best bet would be to spring for the suede inserts. Get it done right the first time.
