Question CF Emblem Inserts.. adhesive question..

I had to place and order for something from 350ZSource.com (good service and fast shipping btw!) and I added in a set of the Carbon Fiber emblem inserts to my order.

I went to toss them on and it seems like the adhesive backing is only slightly tacky to say the least. Even with the provided adhesive promoter it just doesn't stick well.

Any suggestions as to what a good adhesive would be to apply it? something semi permanent that will stick well but with some elbow grease could be removed and cleaned off if necessary.

another piece of 3M tape would make it bulge out too much.

...ideas?

I just put mine on with the adhesive already on and no problem. Been on for over 1 yeqr now, thru rain, car washing, and daily driving crap, they are still there with no problems.

Guess the crowd is fine with the adhesive that came on the inserts, maybe you can use some expoxy, just to be sure...

it also helps if you heat up the adhesive before you appy it, with a hair dryer or heat gun

You could also use Scotch double sided tape. It's very thin & perfect for what you need.
