Default 08 hood and front bumber on 03

The title says it all. Does the 08 hood and front bumper fit an 03 with no modification? Don't flame please! I think the 08 hood looks like my 77 datsun Z with the power bulge.

Yes, it does. But wait for the second answer. I'm 99 % sure.

that would be like buying a old school 318i and then putting M3 badge on it.

The hood is what seperates the HR's from DE's. Fail imo

Afraid he's gonna steal your shine?? Relax, not like you're driving a GT-R. Both driving 350z's, yours just has a different engine.

Both work, but with the front bumper the fender wells or whatever don't match
up exactly, so you will either want to get those too or do a little extra work to
keep your 03" fender wells from flapping around.

i pride myself on the HR's hood. Most DE drivers ive seen on here don't like the hood because it "takes away from the lines" when, imo, it makes the Z alot more aggressive. I guess it is just cuz i have an HR

Good god....that's alot of hate. I'm not buying the hood to fool someone that there is a HR in there. I like the look and it looks like my datsun Z. It's not like i'm putting a GT-R badge on the back. You act like the HR is to the 350z like the type R is to the Honda boys. Get over your HR, it's just a Z engine.

Yes the difference is huge. 80% new motor, dual intake system, ~30 HP or so, I suggest searching for all the key differences.

I have been beefing about the stupid wheel well liners.
If you're a perfectionist, which most of "us" are - you
will be bothered by the bleh fitment. This is similar to
the issues you will have with a V2 on same 03-05 cars.
These liners are two part and way overpriced. All four
major plastic parts are approx. $500. That said I don't
think I've seen an 03-05 car with liners replaced, so final
fitment may still suck.

Does anybody know if a Stillen supercharger will fit on an 03-05 Z with an 07-08 hood? It doesn't look like it will, especially on the far side of the hood near the windshield, but just thought I would ask if anyone knew for sure.

318i vs M3 = 2003 350Z vs 2008 350Z??????

I'm sure the new Z's are sweet (never driven one though), but c'mon man, it's not THAT different

Yes, they will both fit.

The bumper may have fender liner issues, such as the 03-05 liner being too short for the 08 bumper. There's probably a way around this, but I dont have the personal experience to say so.
