Default Keyed!

yup, i got my car keyed, and its pretty severe. every single panel was hit, even the roof. great, right?

well, i need some information. i am new to west florida and i therefore i obviously have no experience with local body shops. can anyone give me the name, and if possible, number, to any reputable body shops in my area? i was told to go to Crest Cadillac for my repair work, if anyone has any comments to make about them, please do. i am actually located in Venice, about 30 min south of Sarasota. I am willing to go as far as I need to for good quality work.

thanks!

yea i still have jersey plates on my car but i doubt that it was the trigger of the situation. it just seems like it was some hater, it is pretty severe though, primer deep. at least is didn't f*ck the metal...

you guys gave some good advice though, especially about not dating psycho strippers and hoes, ill keep that in mind. however i just moved here so i have not established any real relationships, good or bad. either way, this sucks, its embarrassing and just cruel. if only this person had the ***** to do it while i was watching...

regardless... anyone have any advice on body shops?

if its around the whole car, decide on repainting the whole car, you may want to change the color while your at it

I was quoted to repaint the entire side (for color mathcing, etc) from one shop to be around $5000.

The shop that I brought it to now, which does extremely good work, had the final at $715... + $500 to paint a few extra stuff for me.

This shop's work is better than some OEM paintjobs I see.

my quote for r&i and paint of all the body parts is 3900, but this is from a jagoff adjuster. i am going to a bunch of shops as well as someone i was referenced to on this board to get more legitimate quotes. well see who does the best work...

and yea i am def thinking about getting a new color... but i dont know what. i like black, but i am thinking an extremely dark shade of gray...

Default Damn

My sympathy man. There's not much in this world that bothers me more than a douche screwing up another person's piece of the pie. Good luck getting it fixed.
