It sort of looks more odd in person. The pictures doesn't look too bad. But I have a dumb question, is my aftermarket Z emblem upside down? Or is it right?
Front:

Rear:

I talked to my body shop, they say it's right. They looked at it carefully and even examine the stock emblem. But it looks alittle funky to me.
I figured the "Z" bar part of the emblem would be more parallel to the ground, instead of 'facing upwards'

Looks like your front is fine and the rear one is upside down. The top horizontal part of the real Z logo is slightly shorter than the bottom - look at the first rear picture, you can see the longer side is on top.
You can easily see the difference when comparing it to the full 350Z logo on the back.

Yup, its upside down. If you look at the Z you can see that the top line on the letter Z is longer then the bottom is, it should be the other way around with the longer part on the bottom. Plus it looks like your Z kinda points up, it should kinda point down to make up for the angle of the trunk and front bumper.

Yeah, I told them I thought it was upside down, but he assure me it wasn't. But I just looked at my stock badge on my oem bumper, and I think it confirms that my Z emblem is upside down. The center bar of the circle with the 'Z' in it, is facing upwards on my car. I think it supposed to face downwards to make it look more parallel to the ground. Even the stock emblem center bar w/ "Nissan" is facing downwards alittle as well on my oem bumper, just not as prominent.
