Default single exhaust on rear bumper w/ 2 cutouts

So i installed a single exhaust with my ings n-spec rear bumper, and now i'm left with the empty space where the dual exhaust used to sit. I personally dont want to cut out the area encompassing the 2 exhaust openings so i'm consider installing a rear type of single fog light on that side. i know there are very few people that have done this and just wanted wanted some feedback on where i could buy this particular fog light. if you can help, please chime in!

a removeable piece would actually be a better alternative. however, i dont know if it would come out right..

does anyone know where i can pick up a rear fog light? perhaps one similar to audi's?

Why do people remove there dual exhaust and replace it with a single anyhow? Is there any gain in performance?
