Default is this a rip-off?! or is it just another stealership??

Like many people on this forum, the passenger window and the gas cover locking mechanism does not work very well. So, I decided to bring it to the dealership in order for them to check it out. After many hours they gave me a call and told me it would be $250 to fix the gas cover and $450 to change out and reprogram the motor for the window. I finally decided to wait on everything and see what the members here would say... So do you guys think this is a reasonable price?

Thanks for any help.
Erik

For the gas cover check Service Bulletin: NTB04-059 - NISSAN 350Z FUEL FILLER LID DOES NOT OPEN ON FIRST PUSH OF RELEASE BUTTON

I did it myself. Takes 15-20 min and the parts are about 10$ total(as far as I remember)

My fuel door dont open either. My cars been out of gas forever I gots to push it everywhere. Ive saved so much money on gas I can almost afford to push it to the stealership and get it fixed.
