Wink Where can I find clear front reflectors for a 2008

I just got a 2008 z and I'm trying to find some clear reflectors for the front because the orange ones are disgusting. Does any one know where I can buy a set because the only ones I have found are JDM and the instructions to install them are in Japanese. Thanks.

Try Courtesy Parts website. I think that is where I found them. Of course there is always eBay. Just make sure you get the ones for 06-08 and not the 03-05. They won't fit at all.

A couple of other good sites for parts are The Z Store and Concept Z Performance.

But don't worry about directions, buy the ones that offer the best price. PM me and I can help you put them in. Just did mine last weekend.

I just bought and installed my clear lens over the weekend. You really don't need the instructions. I removed the plastic liner under the engine (14) 10mm bolts. There are only 2 philips screws securing the lens. The passenger side is a bit difficult because of the window washer fluid container is kinda in the way.

Anyone know if you can buy either Clear-Smoked or Clear with Black Backing for the '08s? The only smoked I've seen is the Amber.

If not I think I'll have my tint shop throw some tint they use for tail lights and fit them onto a set of Clear reflectors.

You will hear 3 different methods; turn the tire sharply outward and remove the front portion of the fender liner, take the tire off and remove the front liner and take the bumper off.

I went with the 2nd option. Jacked up each side to get the tire off and give me plenty of room to remove the liner. (There are several screws and plastic tabs holding it on. Also allows you to crawl under the car to get to the passenger side reflector from the bottom. As mentioned earlier, their is a reservoir blocking access to it from the back.

The driver side is very simple. Remove tire and front liner. The reflector is staring you right in the face.

Yes i did drive the Z onto ramps. I'm not sure removing the bumper is necessary? It maybe easier to access the passenger side lens but i'm not sure its worth the trouble.

Made changing out the reflectors easy as hell. Gave me a chance to clean up behind the bumper as well.
