Where did Jim@showstopper go??
Ok guys ~ i tried to pm him a few times but for some reason he turned his pm box off
so it says hes not accepting any pms .
anyways , i ordered Azuka double humps roof about 7 months ago with him, and yeah the roof did arrived at my door after a few weeks .
When i took the roof out , it was like cracking and stuff , so i called UPS for a damage item claim and they also came to pick the damage roof the other day .
So then i pm'ed Jim right after UPS guy picked it up , and of course he said that hes gonna send out another one for sure once hes got all the infor from UPS . It was like July . 2008 ..lol now its march 2009 ...
anyways , i did pm'ed Jim a few time during all these months , but he just told me i have to get this claim number from UPS , so they will do something ...
Everytime i got these kinda pm from him , im always like WTF .. where is the customer service, specially the last pm i got from him was like 2 months ago ...
I meant i know that maybe i need the claim numer and maybe im on the wrong side , but i paid the full amount and not getting my stuff .
You the company sales , you should take care of you customer even the sell is complited and done , specailly your customer's not getting his stuff . Please tell me that im right .
Im just kinda confused here anyways , I paid money to bring myself trouble WTF ... Im not saying that its your fault and for sure a nice and responsive guy before everything paid ..
Its been a while already and i was expect that you would maybe be more responsive after money has been paid ...
Just refound my money ... i still have the paypal history and you can call UPS to see if they did pick up the roof ...
if thats my problem that i didnt call ups myself , Im srry .. i will seriously call and ask but in this way ... i really dont see any service that you guys provided ..

Sorry to hear bro. File a claim with Paypal or with your credit card company ASAP. I can almost guarantee you nothing will happen unless you take an initial step in addition to the PM's. That's why he's banned because of this kind of BS.

I'm sorry to hear that I hate bad customer service. 7 months thats pretty rediculous. you have way way way more patience than I do. I understand that stuff happens during shipping and ordering but thats getting way out of hand.
I still cant understand how you guys wait this long for parts. I would have filed a claim if the item did not ship within 25 days. That is long enough to ship nearly anything besides special order items over seas.
what a dangerous vendor...the guy might have been "cool" to some, but his record starting form being an "e-hog" to his multiple delivery and support issues....its jsut epic failure....
