I installed a 2003 350z engine on a 2005 nissan 350z body. The car runs awesome and drives like new we installed everything correctly every part in the new Z is from the 2003 except the body and suspension. The problems is all the lights in the dashboard are on, the engine, airbags, traction control and the speedometer does not work. How do I get rid-off those lights? How do I get the speedometer working?

 

Do you have any error codes? Have you hooked up a scanner to see if thelights are on as an indicator of some other problem?

 

Did you swap wiring harness and the BCM? They are different on a 2003/2004 then the 2004.5 and 2005.

There the same exact wiring hardness from the 2003/2004. And yes I ran a scan on it and I had 6 codes. The car is good, but according to the codes is not. Its there a way to delete the codes?

 

Yes. There should be a clear codes option on your scanner.
