I just got it yesterday, don’t know the exact price but I'll check, I got that and other few goodies for the Z. I went to Aspec and checked out there other shift *****, the other one I was considering was also nice, here is the picture below, but I Francis had a good point and he helped me make my decision. He said since the Z and the S2k shifter is not low like other cars, usually you rest your elbow on the side and shift, the larger **** would feel more comfortable, but if you have a car where the shifter is low the best one would be the ball type ****. If you guys are interested please fell free to contact FRANCIS MONROY @ 626-618-1100, and let him know Henry recommended ya! Ill be posting other cool stuff I bought for the Z soon. Thanks guys for the feed back.

Both ***** posted look nice..I don't have a pic, but I got the leather nismo shift ****..which I will say isn't the most comfortable one..but it's so small, that your shifts feels shorter and precise. Plus it matches the leather steering wheel and the "blackness" of the interior.

yes it is Aspec logo on there, not bad at all. I like it, feels great. The only thing that sucks is if you leave your car outside, make sure you cover the **** or else it will burn your hand real bad. That’s my only issue with it. But I do love it, this is the best shift **** I have ever had, the nismo ones I’ve had in the past where too small and uncomfortable

http://www.epcomfg.com/shiftknobs-en....html#engraved

I got the 2" model.

I overpaid, I'm sure of it, but I wanted it engraved with the correct shift pattern (few more bucks).

Also, it doesn't come in a 10x1.25 thread pattern, but they drilled it to order (another upcharge).

All told, I paid around $50 including shipping, but I really, really like the feel of it.

It does not come with any kind of finisher.

And my wife just ordered me a new Voodoo **** for my birthday.

Remains to be seen which one I'll like more.

Voodoo wins.

I installed the new **** last night, and wow! It has a much deeper thread well, and the throw is dramatically decreased, even over the cue-ball, which will now adorn my desk.

I like this new shift **** a lot.

My new black Nismo. Put this on as part of my "de-silvering" project. Note the trim ring at the base of the shift boot is blacked out.

It kinda looks like a trailer hitch. How much does it weigh? If it's heavy doesn't really matter what it looks like. I'm not that crazy about the looks of my Tommy Kaira **** but it's heavy which was the only reason I got it.

I'm waiting on mine to come in.

I'll wait and see if I prefer the look with the aluminum finisher over the black $1.85 ($2 with tax) washer I got at Home Depot.

I didn't have any trouble taking the **** off. I have an '08 -- I think they're a little easier to remove the shift **** (maybe Nissan lightened up on the Loctite?).

Hmmm . . . I haven't weighed it. Definitely weighs more than my cue-ball shift ****.
I do think my shifts have gotten crisper. I don't know if that's due to the very short throw, or the weight of the **** . . .
