Looks like these are the LEDs I would need.

Nah, stay away from those cheap LEDs. Search for name brands like Phillip Lumiled,Agilent HP, or even Cree. Those topbright LEDs are garbage(experience), they will start flashing and eventuallly burn out even if you under drive them below their specs.
