Then does that mean i dont have to buy an HID kit? just new bulbs? I dont know crap about head lights

Not certain I can tell the no-HID light be looking at it.

That is a factory light 2003-2005 with a silver stripe covering the orange reflector on the side. Can't tell if its HID or not, I believe HID became standard half way through the 2003 model year.
