Default 06+ tail lights tinted?

Sorry if this question has been asked and I have used the search function beforehand. Can anyone post pics of 06+ led tails tinted, with perhaps some night shots? I know that at one point BlueBat was selling a tail light overlay that had led cutouts but I couldn't find pictures on his website.

My tails was painted using "VHT Nite shade" paint. Plenty of DIY guide if you google search the term.

Thanks for the feedback. I understand how to smoke out tail lights, I'm just trying to find pictures with brake lights or night shots to see how the leds look at night when tinted or using bats led cutout overlays.

the LEDs still light through my niteshaded without any problems. Never got hassle by the cops for that, and in my opinion, looks way better than Bat's overlay.

No DO NOT apply any paint or tint overlays on your headlights. It would decrease your lights output at night, which make it unsafe to drive and can cause accident to others and yourself!! Only idiots would do that to the car, and i seen many many American car with tinted covers on their headlights.

Best way to do is put the headlights in the oven, pry them apart and paint the INSIDE of the headlights.

where did you get the Z emblem that looks really classy, does it fit in the same hole the oem emblem goes? or did you have to get them filled in?

06+ tinted tails FTW! i had my other 2 Zs (both 2003) with tinted tails, and the LEDs are soooo much better. look at it this way, ive never gotten pulled over for my 2006 tinted tails whereas i was getting pulled for my 2003 tinted tails frequently. even in daylight, the LEDs shine through
