Is that a roll bar or harness bar? Looks like you must have a fixed seat setup.

Avalon Harness Bar.

Seats slide just fine with it.

yeah, just not sure how cutting or altering the harness would affect the certification of it. My Crow Enterpize harness had the option to order a wrap around vs. latch version of the harness.

Does anyone know the size of the seat rail's rear bolts? The ones that anchor it to the floor board. I need to pic up some eyebolts from the hardware store. The ones that came with the Takata harnesses are not treaded the same. Unfortunately I don't have any of the OEM bolts on me at this moment...

Mine weren't the expected 7/16", but were 10mmX1.25.

I have one of the first 03 Track Models, so I can't say that my size will be the same as yours.

You can pick up both, and see which fit.

Interesting. I have an 03 Touring. It my be in my best interest to pull one of the OEM bolts out and go have it sized. Jason pointed out his post on the 1st page, 7/16th size. I think it's worth a look to have it sized now before ordering those eyebolts...

Definitely worth the effort to take it in, and size it first. The bolts pop out easy, and when you re-torque them, the recommended ft lbs is 32-40.

Sorry guys, ya the 7/16-20 bolt hole is the seat belt bolt holes..

Just purchase the eye bolts with a flange bottom before the shank and cut the shank off and weld the eyebolt onto an 10.9 grade Head head bolt M10x1.25?

Late update: I sawed the top of an eye bolt and welded it onto a M 10x1.25 bolt I purchased at home-depot for $2.49. I ended up using the stock seat mounting points on the floor.

I did the same exact thing 2 weeks ago for the floor mounts on my Crow harnesses, using this thread for a reference.

Thanks for the idea Jason!
