Has anyone seen these after-market lights but really dark? I pulled up on a stop light the other day and a guy had these on his Z, (see attached pic).. and he aid that they were painted and sanded down. 'Just wondering if anyone had them and can post pics. Thanks!

In the pics on the web they look ok - I like the LED layout.
But when you actually see the lights mounted on a z they look awful, the bulges are hideous.

What a stupid idea " Lets put a film over our tail lights so the light output is diminished at night & nobody can see me brake! But I sure look cool!" Especially when they have 1 outta 3 brake lights working.
