Default Keyless entry issue...

Ok, I will try to keep this short. I lost my keys(dumbass I know.) Found a guy to make a new one and could not get the keyless entry to work. Tried doing the "stick key in 5-8 times wait for beeps, then turn key to acsessory/every other igniton option" and no luck. The "fob" has a remote signal and was activating the hazard lights but will not work(also new battery.) To top it off the hatch release does not work. I dont mind not having keyless entry, but i need acsess to my hatch! Also its a used 2008 Nismo with 40k, so no warranties. Any suggestions for either of these problems is greatly appreciated. I'm new here, hello eveyone and thanks.

Not sure how to help you with your key fob issue but, as long as your doors are unlocked, you should be able to open the hatch by pressing the button just above the license plate.
