Default Nismo V2 Bumper with ZSpeed Undershroud

Does anyone have this combination? I would like to know of the skid plate will bolt the to front lip of the bumper or not. ZSpeed says that it works with "some" Nismo V2 bumpers and has holes for the stock locations on the stock bumper, but haven't found anyone with the actual upgraded combination. I would like to find out before I order the skid plate. Thanks.

Are you referring to the ZSpeed aluminum under shroud?
If so,it replaces the current plastic unit on your car.It
uses the same holes. Its an exact fit. So,if the flimsy OEM
under engine panel works with your V2 bumper,so will the
under shroud.

That's what I assumed, but I'm not sure if the lip recedes back far enough for the either to bolt up. I'm getting the VIS with the Carbon Lip/Canards. Not sure if anyone else knows the answer for sure.

Several of us have this combination and it works well and actually helps to make the bumper more sturdy

Be advised, this is not by any means a skid plate since the bumper extends well beyond the undershroud and any impact will be completely absorbed by the bumper.

Works great, even works a little as a skid during high speed offroading.

Thanks for the information. That's what I was looking for. I'll go ahead and order the ZSpeed aluminum shroud. My buddy has a stainless steel skid plate on his legacy, so I figured it was as strong as that, but I never expected it to take a hit that would allow the bumper to remain in tact.

I don't see my Z ever going off roading at any speed.

We now have a V3 extension piece for the Nismo V3 bumper conversions!
It attaches to our original shield and fills the gap from the front of the shield to the bumper. Comes in 2 pieces that interlock in the middle for ease of install and affordable shipping. These also all come in Black powdercoat.
This replaces the $500 Nismo filler panel for $150.00.

I do not have them on the website yet, Contact me if you would like to order.
