Cluster re-assembly
Ok I'm going to give it another try at home. I had taken it to work.
Are the lower portions very visible when it's installed? Trying to figure this out has scratched it all to hell. The rubbery coating is super soft and sticky. I HATE Nissan for using this stuff. Might have to repaint tonight.

I'm sick of comments like this. After I'm done I'm taking all this apart, I'll make a video to show you how easily this scratches. And the car that's had the "hard life"? 06 44k miles. Always kept underground in heated/cooled area, covered usually, and driven on the weekends.

Coddled? Yup.

Attacking the character of someone you don't even know.. relax man.
As for the car, yep everything is happily back together in on the cluster. Thanks BstingZ.
The remaining nasty rubbery parts got sanded off and repainted. Looks beautiful now.

I already went ahead and installed it. I'll see if I can get a picture of it tomorrow. I removed the stock garbage coating with a Dremel with a wire brush attachment then I painted it with black primer, two coats of dupli-color vinyl and fabric spray paint in flat black. Perfect match.
If it helps you, I did this with the exact same paint, minus the primer. Perfect match to stock, and I mean perfect! Before pic included.
