My Z sustained a front end hit which unfortunately busted both of my HID headlights. The HID components are OK.

Does anyone know if Nissan sells just the HID headlight buckets alone? How much $$$ and part numbers? Thanks in advance!

they do. very pricey I beleive retail is 1400$, you may be able to find them for 1200.

 

Thanks for the reply! I've been checking with salvage yards and the going rate is $500 a piece for the entire unit w/ HID components intact. No warranty and you may get one needing an attachment tab repaired. Still looking.

performance quoted me a price of about 350 per bucket without anything in them.

that odd, I know someone else that was quoted significantly higher, maybe they though he wanted the HID with them

 

Need to ask Jeff. When I got a quote it was right after I blacked out my headlights about 2 months ago. Since then, my computer crashed and I lost all my old emails, so I don't have the exact price. I was considering doing another 1st set, then selling them on an exchange basis, until I realized that everyone didn't have clear bra on theirs, and I could potentially get unusable cores in return.
Anyway, they said there were 3 different bucket part numbers, depending on production date, but without lights, they were around 350.

 

I PM'ed Jason at performance asking specifics on the headlight buckets and prices. I'll let you know when he comes through.
