the "bmccann101s car gets a new look/ watch me suffer bodywork hell" thread
I love how you guys pay attention to every bit of detail. That's some high class quality work in progress right there.
Looking forward to seeing the finished project.. at least online.

COLLECT ALL THE THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!
hey look.. its another day, and another box of crap that i ordered for this build lol.. whadya know.
so since i was getting rid of the Crawford cubby gauge mount set up due to the tablet being mounted there soon... someone posted a gauge pod for the instrument crown that i had seen before.. but didnt realize it was from Jay Shieh at Evo R.. so i hit him up and bought one...
I also need a real afr gauge, so i bought an AEM UEGO to install into this pod set up along with my relocated AEM Trueboost... Its gauge overkill but i honestly dont care.. the car is a freakshow anyways.. fk it. Yes i ahve the Stillen carbon A pillar gauge pod.. yes i have the ATI column mount gauge pods... YES.. i have 6 gauges staring me in the face now.. and a tablet.. all are functional, quality and necessary i dare say.. so Im down ese.

I'ts certainly not whats being used to run the tune or anything, just a sensor i can read visually. i have plenty of extra bung holes for it lol.
can you share a bit more about what you mean or what you ran into?

i am no longer ignorant lol..
aem uego, universal exhaust gas oxygen sensor.
its a standalone.. my tuner added his own during the orig tunes.. then removed it when he was done.. factory o2s dont adjust cleanly enough by themselves.. and some aftermarket widebands actually control the tune being used..
but in my case.. thats not necessary.. its there when the tuner needs it.. and its there day to day when i need to watch it.
good heads up tho.. made me go and learn something.

I was not trolling, just asked a simple question. But I did end up finding out it was an FD3S Garage Kagotani diffuser.

nah its fine.. i overreacted too tbh.. you caught me at literally the worst time w that "get over yourself thing"..and after a few drinks as well.. i should have let it roll off my back tho.. all good.
Thats right it is a kagatoni.. i honestly just dont want to help in having more than the one car out so far that beat me to it.. thats all.. ive had it happen multipe times as i build.. and i really do have to weigh sharing pictures vs revealing it after its built..
good luck w the car man.. i checked you out.. you seem to build decent sht too. good deal.

Its all good man. I hear ya with having others get things on their car before yours is even done, happens to me all the time as well. I promise to wait till yours is done before I buy the diffuser
Thank you, good luck with yours as well. Im redoing my whole car as well and know how much of a pain it is, but its all worth it in the end.

Luckily ill be up and running in a month tho.. ive got sponsorships hanging out in the wind from companies that want me to quit sending progress shots lol.. and to just produce a car and pictures and press features for them to start using lol.
such happens when you try to make your hobby a business somehow.. lol.
