What's that GTmat like smell wise?
A friend of mine did his Audi with some cheapo sound deadener but that car was a windows down ordeal from then on. And given that we live in Sweden that wasn't really an option so it had to come out which wasn't the most fun.

Will I be able to retain my "new" car smell after the initial "break in" period of this one or what do you reckon?

The G35 uses a different brace I think in this part... Might go around and clean that up for you.

that's several inches below the center console.. doesn't need to be tampered with any further than what it is now tbh.

there is no smell because there is no asphalt used in it.

obviously is NOT the overall design, but just wanted to conceptualize what a wheel-matching satin blue bar is going to wind up like back here.. a la GT3 Club sport.

More than likely, the cross bars will be across the back and not the front... leaving more space under the harness bar.

currently on the way, from my friends at CZP.

Splitfire coil packs.. Heat seems to make my oem ones start do weird things.. while I don't expect to gain anything from these, they are well built and should give me another several 10k of miles out of them... the stock ones are failing at 115k.

the status seats sit lower than the sparco, and the headrest is lower as well, but they are certainly wide.. luckily the side bolster is soft..

so here I sit and wait.

There's a large show that my car is featured in coming up on the 16th. Its a booth car for the event itself, and they are a very legit local media company, so im sitting here dying inside waiting and waiting.. but rest assured that 1/17/17 is my green light to install EVERYTHING.

Expect a flood of updates soon.

Happy new year, f#ckers.

NEW WALBRO 485 pump installed, also got the coil packs in.. car runs once more..

Looks like the pump was fine, but the splice into the oem wiring under the hanger was bad.. oh well, is what it is.

Last car show is on 1/16... car goes up on jacks 1/17.... we start installing EVERYTHING finally.

the little notch left will be filled in and smoothed out.
Gloss black powder coated aluminum mesh pattern/order is being decided on now.
Bumper gets painted gloss black, then wrapped.
