lol.. not sure of the mystery here .. i jst forgot about those pics vs the ones jsut above my more recent post... i dont scroll back and re read my own thread much.. yal r silly.

anyways cars going up on jack stands tomorrow so i can bust out some body work this weekend..

picking up the rear bumper at lunch to see what went down w filling the license plate hole and making the mount for the 370 led fog light.

once that gets tacked onto the car, i can tape up the rear flares and start trimming the inside of them and mark my holes out n stuff.. mount the bumper up and get the undershroud mounted so its all squared up and then start on the front fender work myself.. i may actually leave the "over the headlight" look from the Amuse if it can work.. these stardast fedners are super flexy.. so theyre actually pushing up to these fenders no problem.

get the hood mounted up and start trimming it back to fit over the engine..

as soon as dude is ready to get me in.. ill swing the car by my buddys shop to have the passssenger seat brackets rewelded so the seat actually fits lol.

I got the front bumper on np.. the amuse fenders still need to have the section that goes over the headlight removed, but at least they are trimmed out now to allow the car to air out w out hitting... and the rear bumper is going to need some work to boot. The turn signal lights dont line up smoothly like they do in some of my other bumpers.. which is going to add some $$ labor to fix them. Also my guy who was building out the spot for the 370 fog light totally botched it and it still needs to be redone.. meh. whatever.

Good news is that i have most of the interior back in and it looks pretty nice in all black.. cant lie. Im taking this to a professional bnody shop as soon as i can get my passenger seat bracket rewelded this week.

Other cool news.. Sam at ZLEDS built me a module that will make my OEM tailllights be my turn signals now as well... no more ambers down in the bumper. Will flash n look the same as how the Murano taillight operates etc.

next up on the lame list.. this hood is a bit too aggressive and busy for the car i think..

and its going to take a TON of trimming to fit.. seriously will be a tedious job.. so I think im going to go hoodless again for now and just get a Varis hood on the way for the time being.. always wanted one anyways tbh.
Plus this hood is heavy as hell.. not gonna lie.

I think it looks pretty good, I mean you have a wide body with lots of other aero mods to make any other "too aggressive" work, but I also with the aftermarket parts you have to get it to fit, no reason to fight so much additional modifications to get the hood to fit right...Varis hood is hot too... I am sure you've already looked at it but like the seibon vt or the top secret(ts) would be nice too... you have PhotoShop to play around

eh.. the amount of fins and gills n stuff is really almost too much here tbh..

I live next door to Lambo Ferrari Rolls Porsche too.. so i see aggressive cars often.. and then i see the aggressive ones that still look nice..

Like.. what makes a GT3 Porsched look ahrdcore,, but what is it that still makes it look classy? etc.... ricing the living *** out of this car wasnt something im dying to do.. it will turn out legit, i promise that.

Ill hold onto the hood and fit it later perhaps.. but for now, ordering the Varis style... This isnt a question of trimming things up like fitting a side skirt.. this is A TON of fitment work that has to be tried over n over n over ....again and again... to get it to fit over all the weird shapes on the plenum and abs covers etc.

Had Sam Rios at ZLEDs ( flipper_z) create some flash modules for the OEM tailights instead of the bumper units..

My Do Luck rep rear didnt fit the lights too hot.. AND ive always hated them to begin with.. they look lame.. and they arent very visible if you use an LED bulb, even a CREE or Triton.. and then its not OEM looking either.

The Murano taillight flashes as a turn signal, i fugred ours should too.

They currently show out of stock as the only one made so far was for me, but PM him and he will gladly make you more.

This works as Im going to cut the signals out of the bumpers and add a curved and modified Honda bumper diffuser hole array on each side anyways.. in satin black... functional for my purposes as well. Might use the honda ones and cut them to shae around the license plate box...or just have my shop make some custom dimple died ones.

Niko will have a remder done when hes home from SEMA also.

updates

car is at body shop, were using nutserts for all the fender hardware and side skirts so Al up there can provide me with burnt ti hardware for this mule.

my meaty fit and rear offset might be a hair too much for em to boot.. easily fixed with trimming flare and running slightly smaller spacer.

hers the only pics so far.
