the square top on the steering wheel will be used as the shape template for the hood I'll eventually build for the tablet screen gauge set up... were almost finished figuring out that to do w the center dash screen.. and until the car is running well and the screens all work perfectly just sitting on the seat wired up etc.. I don't want to perm remove the center gauges etc.. id like to know if I'm having an oil pressure or voltage problem for now lol.

still waitin on the vinyl to show up.. the steering wheel should be don enext week.. and my buddy David came by to scan the cr@p out of the car.. it appears my short term fuel trims are non existent, and were finding that my orig tune was far form ideal.. I'm going to put some better fuel in since its sat since November.. pull and check plug gap, and we can go from there.. tons of air fuel and timing codes basically.. same as it ever was.. but finally causing issues.. I bet this car will wind up much more pleasant after all of this.. I have a feeling WOT targets was all this car was tuned for back in the day.

Never changed your breather for the engine, spark plugs, etc? Were they ever the same exact gap?... I am just a bit confused because you have said in the past it was running nice etc.... I understand what Jason does, when he tunes, but here we are 7 years later and your engine and mine and others I know are running strong with just std maintnenace, at varying degrees of "pushing it"...and you been running the basic fuel return and walboro for a while.. Can't remember if you recently upgraded it or not. Either way, car should look pretty dope with graphics.

my engine build was put back together in three days by a guy who didn't sleep lol.. my experience isn't gonna be the same as any one else's from that shop at that time lol.
Changed breathers yes, plugs, yes, didn't gap them right, changing those tonight.
I've stepped away from Internet diagnosis though my man.. its cost me an incredible amount of money chasing things around that way, vs simply finding someone I trust to look things over for me finally ....after DOING THEM MYSELF lol.

dug in and did some diagnostics this week..
lower plenum had a bolt totally stripped and loose.. smh.. do it yourself or its never done right or with any care.
injectors had bad o rings and caused some super rich issues..
trying to figure out what injectors they even ARE so we can have them flow tested and rebuilt.
Swapped in another OEM injector harness , one that's in much better shape. Hopefully when the new gaskets arrive, this will all button up and solve the misfires and lean/rich issues.

yep, I figre as such as well.
found out more info.
Splitfire coil packs are 100% all bad, doa. Spark test shows the they all arc form the side of the boot to chassis.. and this is likely causing my dramatic misfiring.
Super awesome. they wont refund them, and will only replace them.... and it takes 3 months.. ill be getting them replaced and selling them off, no thanks.. ill stick to OEM.

Dude your PM box is full.
Do you by chance know of any good temporary car storage places? I know the Stables and everything but was looking for something a little more low key.
Also, what shops are good around here these days?
