Can anyone tell me if the "03-05" tail light fitment will work with an 08? I'm having a hard time finding any options for the 08. Some of the selling sights say they do fit, some say they don't, any info will be appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you all for your opinions on what I should or should not buy. I am aware of the options of the film/tenting the OME lights.

As I am to understand, forum sites such as this one are intended to assist individuals with obtaining information from the masses of HELPFUL individuals who have experience or have knowledge of a shared interest.

I'm simply asking if a certain part fits a certain vehicle. This seems like a legitimate question to ask. If this is a dumb question, I am clearly in the wrong spot. And most likely dealing with the "dumber" portion of the Z community. So maybe keep these thoughts in mind when commenting on future posts.

 

You're fighting a battle you will NEVER win. You're the one that wants to downgrade taillights to have smoked lenses!? It makes absolutely ZERO sense. Also if you had searched google before posting you would of found your answer...

To answer your original question. No, the earlier tails will not fit as the 2008 Z's only has one connector vs the two connector it needs. Correct me if I'm wrong - All Z's will fit LED Tails but not all Zs will fit earlier models.

As for this response, don't be surprised if you get flamed in this community or any other community. Yes it is intended to assist individuals but its main intent is to have a community of shared interest. This includes the harshness of reality and getting called out.

Why would you go from led to non led lights. The non led lights are ugly so why would you get that, when like everyone said just smoke your lights.
