HI fellow zedders! I really need to get some info on how you install the nismo V3 spoiler! how its secured? where the break light wires go through the trunk lid and wire into in behind the lid etc? can any one help me please? is there some install instructions somewhere?

I imagine the spoiler is attached to the same holes that the existing oem spoiler had and the wire is just spliced into your brake light. Not to sure where you would feed the wire. I am doing a whole V3 nismo kit on my Z. Waiting on the rear to come in.

You paint and install and can't figure out how to mount a wing??

 

Be sure that body shop disassembles the wing before paint. They will need to make template for the mounting points. It's a bit tricky to install so be sure to have patience as it took my body shop over 5 hrs to install.

 

if you beat me to it let me know i am buying my v3 skirts and rear end bumper in about 2 weeks so i am probably going to drop the Z off and see how it goes. The shop told me that they would paint the spoiler off the car and then install it for a more professional look. painting a car with a spoiler like the nismo v3 one installed would be pretty tricky. i'll def keep you posted and i'll be watching this thread.

 

No Taywan I don't paint myself! I wish I could.... having as much help for the body shop IE template and fitting instructions just makes the odds of a good job better!

 

well got the V3 spoiler fitted and looks great, just so you know.
