No dash lights
I have tried searching this on the forums to no luck. Found several threads about this with no real answers. Took the car out of storage this spring and the dash lights and radio worked for a few days then got in the car to go to work one morning and nothin. I have checked fuses and all are good. with the headlights off there is no dash lights and with headlights on there is no dash lights. The info gauge above the radio is not working either. All gauges work properly tho. I have tried the dimmer buttons on the left side of the dash with no luck.

You’re car’s specific electronics is likely disconnected from either the ground or the hot wire. It could be just a ground issue (probably is this) since that would disable multiple points without affecting your fuses.
If it isn’t a ground, this might be a possible explanation.

Thanks Spike, By any chance would you have any idea where to look for a bad ground? I had my seats out for the winter getting them recovered and have seen no signs that there were any mice in the car at all.

I doubt your problem has anything to do with critters. I mention this because it is a long standing joke with myfirstzcar.
When electronic stop working, it’s typically a ground. The hot wire is obvious and very bulletproof. Faulty grounds are hidden, not obvious, and often the cause of failure.
You are not experiencing blown fuses (you checked these and they are OK), so it must be a faulty ground.

Something else… You said…
All Z’s are wired for power seats (whether or not the car has power seats). Check the seats’ power. I’ll bet that is the problem. It might be a short.

Same thing happen to me when doing my LED sun visors, I wired the LED wrong and shorted it out and all my gauges wouldn't turn on. So what I did was, first I checked all my fuses including the hidden fuse box and they where all ok, then I disconnected my battery pushed the brake pedal at least 5 times then hold it for 30 seconds and reconnected battery and everything was back on
