LED Turn Signals & LED Dome Lights!!!
Nah... the type of LEDs are some sort of oval shaped super flux type. They're just high brightness kinds that are put together in a cluster.
The Z housing was designed to diffuse lighting from incandescent bulbs, so the LED bulb we'd design need to be sufficient for this type of lighting.
The goal here is direct replacement of stock bulbs... it's easier to sell this way.
It's hard enough to clear the headlight housing... not many people (including myself), would want to invest in modifying the assemblies. It's too risky...

that is the list price for G35 coupe "brake and stop bulbs" which is seperate from the price of the assembly according to the listings. Im not sure precisely what all is included in what. but something in the G35 tail light is 2grand; clearly that includes the LEDs, but I dont know what else. and Im unsure if thats a pair or each.
I just got my 194 led and I'm very impressed with the brightness!
Tempting to buy the turn signal leds too but at 90 bucks it's a little too steep (I know the material is expensive)
So will you consider using only 1 led for each turn signal?
I'm sure more people will be interested if it's cheaper.

I could do 1, 2, 3 or 4.
but of course brightness would be reduced. 1 would IMO be a bit inadequate for the function. I had 2 in mine for some time and it was ok, Id say 2 would be the least Id be comfortable using.

Installation is really easy. I dont have the link but there are directions on Ares' site. All you need is the jack to lift the car up, a screwdriver thing and a flat head screwdriver to pop the little plastic rivets out. Once you do one side doing the other should only take 2-4 minutes to get the bulbs out and the new ones in.
silverstone has the right idea.

theres the details. its possible to be done in about 10min. Id expect 20-30 if your not familiar with it.
if youve done sidemarkers install before, then its the same thing(minus anything to do with the bumper.)

being in a seperate location from the headlight, its light does not interfere with it.
any color LEDs come in I can do, amber, red, white, blue, cyan, green.
during the day they are still clearly visible.
