Hey guys...I did receive some checks today but 1 envelope had no SASE, (self-addressed stamped envelope). You need to remember to include your name, address & zip on a stamped envelope, just fold it in half and put it in with your check....for a return...if need be. Thanks ps... again, to all newbies, please take the time, read my proposal and decide for yourself.

A message to gringott..
1. You used the word "spying" I call it DOCUMENTATION!

2. It's common business "cents" and common sense to lock up your customer first. It happens all the time, in construction when opening shopping centers, in real estate, on wall street and I can go on and on.

3. Can you answer some of these questions and I just want exact answers.

(a.) cavity (b.) harden 50/55 rod (c.) 50/55 rockwell (d.)20,000lbs. per sq. inch (e.)permanent production tool treated (f.) steriolithography
(g.) yes or no...is copper plating on aluminum finish compatible?

4. Here's the best part..Even if you have at least 1 answer of what I'm talking about. Your home-made job is just not going to LAST in time!

5. It's a proven fact from the specialists that I talked to... that your so-called home-made badge, emblem WILL DETERIORATE VERY QUICKLY.

6. So now I'm WARNING all you doubters out there that I'm very, very, SERIOUS ABOUT THIS PROJECT.

7. Please go back and read my proposal and please keep the checks coming with a SASE.

8. Thanks for hearing me out again! sluggoz

Is really any of this necessary? You haven't seen gringott's emblem so who has the right to call it a "piece of crap?" He can in fact defend himself if/when he shows pictures, but I don't see the reason for the name calling (probably why this thread has died down). Hey, but I'm still going to wait to see how your's turns out after people have receieved there's. Let's keep this thread alive this time...

I'm not going to say that this whole thread, which started out to be a really positive thing and a really nice addition to our cars has not hit some major lows. It has taken so long and everyone has been so patient, this is not the time to pull out. I think that we should wait and see what the two designers come up with and than make a choice which if any you want to purchase. Hang in the webiteks, it shouldn't be much longer.

Very good thoughts Aptiva.

I'm personally sick of all the drama. I'll paitently wait to see the actual products that these two designers are working on, will look like.

Put your work where your mouth is :-) Let the games begin!

Here's Friday's report...
I want to start off by saying that "Terminator" who has been behind me 100% since day one. I really appreciate his generous offer of his emblem, money spent, time and his enthusiam for this project. Thanks buddy!!

The connection of the returning of the emblem as of now
has not been received by me. Terminator was leaving for his vacation to Peeble Beach... golfing & etc. the same time I was sending back the Nissan emblem. Time is lost. It's OK and understandable. I hope your having a great time Terminator!

Jason and Jeff@Performance are A-OK guys in my book. I'm sorry to say we could not close the deal. I respect their decision.

My hat's off to Dark_Fusion42 for his personal PM apology to me.

Because of what has happened this past week I'm extending the unbelievable "LOCKED IN" $40.00 per emblem (which was a portion of the part of my risk factor) until Saturday May 1, 5:00pm EST. The reason...it is to protect the interest of the Z members who sent their money as I requested and to my own personal risk. I'm also giving a chance for the doubters and newbies to get aboard with this project. The new price will be significantly higher.

Because...Going forward with this project you all know as well as I do that surprise increases will arise to added cost to the bottom line just like when I signed my contract with the Nissan dealer I see an additional $100.00 for documentary fees. You know what I mean. By the way I just ended week 12 on the waiting list.

I also found out that there will be more time needed than I previously said because of the preparations of the "model" and final approval & etc.

I do have a well planned out Agenda for our first meeting of the 2 companies. A lot of time will be saved. If and when it ever happens! We have been corresponding via e-mail.

I must admit..I had to do this twice today because I tried to attached the pic of the new version emblem and I screwed it all up! You'll have to go back some pages to see what I'm talking about.

1. The new emblem will be 100% better. 2. The best in materials.
3. State of the Art Equipment Process
4. Will try very hard to duplicate the finish of "the door handles" or the "350Z" rear emblem. NO CHROME FINISH. So far it looks like one color application?
5. Limited production and I'm trying to have some kind of a numbering system.
6. I will up-date all paid Zmembers via personal e-mail or PM from this website.
7. For the time being and going forward....only Generalised comments will be made to the thread by me. If need be.
8. Thanks for your advance support

To the newbies, please go back and read my proposal, you decide, it's your money. The way I see it there's nothing wrong with "locking up" the money first. I also felt that this was the only way I could possibly kicked this project off. Please...don't forget the SASE.

If anyone has an extra "350Z rear emblem" I can sure use one more for the project (precise coloring is needed) Have a great day. sluggoz

I thought you were sticking with the 2-tone emblem like the one that was displayed on the first post that got this whole thing going?

Would it look EXACTLY like this?

If so, that's 2tone.

So just like the picture? From SluggoZ's description, there *NO* polish / chrome on the emblem, and that it is just all one finish.

I wish we could stay on subject and have this *EXACT* emblem producted like what I just posted above. This is what got everything going. . . why would we create "Variations"? Soooo many guys want this emblem.

If there is some varation made that *one or two people* thought would look better, then I bet alot of us will be out of it including myself.

Someone PLEASE confirm if the emblem being created will be EXACTLY like the one I posted above. SluggoZ?
