With SluggoZ taking this close to completion, I was hoping he could confirm with all of us on reassurance that his project will look exactly like the emblem posted above. . . the emblem that started all of us up on this.

Everyone else agree?

 

i dont think i'm gonna be putting money down for this project. i dont want to end up paying money for something that im not completely happy with.

i guess i will wait to see the outcome first and hopefully buy it from someone who has extra. if no one has extra, oh well.

i should get a free one anyway, i started the thread!!

I totally agree!. This whole affair has been discussed ad nauseum.
The only thing left to do is wait and see the two proposed examples, and then make your choice. As much as I want the emblem, I don't think I will get involved in something like this in the future. Hang in there, we should see something soon.!

 

I'm trying awfully hard to get this thing done! The only reason why I said it might be only one color it's because they did not commit to me the "extra cost". My original view is the two color version and still is. I don't think anyone of you guys has any idea what it cost to do this and TIME. Like I said before and I'll say it again...It has to meet my precise rigid standards before it's a go!......THE 2 COLOR VERSION!!!!!!!! There will be no pics until the emblem is actually made and if it is made at all.

 

Do what you need to do, we have all waited and I'm sure we can wait a little longer. I would rather wait and have it done correctly than rush it through and have a piece of junk.

 

This is exactly what I have in mind....The outside of the emblem will be darker than the "Z" . The "Z" will be lighter in color along with the 3 small squares to the right and the left of the "Z". Their is a POSSIBILITY that the 3 small squares inside of the "Z" being the same color as the outside of the emblem???

You have to remember this. 1. The mfgt. have seen both pics via e-mail by me. 2. At the sit-down meeting (If their is one?) the discussion of the entire process will and hopefully be resolved.
I'm suppose to be livin'n the good life? I'm retired!!! I just wanted to be helpful. Now, even said what I said before, "it's impossible to satisfy everyone".

 

Please...I want to add a few more comments:
1. I thought eveyone liked the design itself.
2. My primary objective of the color is to be very similar to the "door handles" I did have 2 tone in mind.
3. Now it seems a few are hung up on color technicalities.
4. Of the color...if you can follow this..The exact tones of my previous message could be REVERSED. That looks cool too!! I just don't know yet.
5. Now I need to get this off my chest....I have on order a Super Black roadster...I have bought over a month ago from Courtesy their emblem not only to use for my project but it would go very nicely with my Z if nothing transpires. Courtesy's emblem is a very nice piece HOWEVER I believe the one I'm talking about is going to be far superior and I do not want to come close at all with the color that Courtesy has! If you can understand!
6. I need the CAPITAL. I'm not going to sit down at the meeting with-out the CAPITAL first.... if not....everyone get's their money back. it's as simple as that. Have a nice day.
