Good Morning. Thanks guys. Having that first cup of coffee. So, I must comment most of the youtube video's on the radiator fluid change in no way resemble what The Field Service Manual states to do. Of course, in this case, the manual is kind of sketchy as well, LOL. I bought those hoses months ago, but if you leave an unfinished project project in my garage long enough, eventually I will pick it up and do it. This is one project I was not certain I would ever do, but well, there was nothing else to tinker on yesterday and I had the hoses, so there you go. The great thing is that I had already purchased and paid for the parts, so the project was essentially "free" to do. Took a big chunk of time to do which was fine with me as it kept me occupied most of the day. Nice to be moving on from my earlier "fix and maintain" projects to something you are doing to truly improve the performance or look of the car.
By the way, my wife came out and asked what I was doing. When I explained the matching yellow hoses, she just shook her head and went back inside.

I took your advice and ordered new shock mounts. Went with the KYB ones instead of the brand you got based on the information you gave me.
Rest of the stuff comes in tomorrow. Since I am on work hiatus, project time!
I remembered what you posted about having to hold the shock shaft while tightening the nut. I have this so it made it way easier T handle 5.5mm passes through the socket and voila. Bought it many years ago at Sears, maybe Lowes knows?
So, out in the garage and decompressing from today. Stared at my front plate for awhile. Drilled a new hole that lowered the plate down. After drilling the hole I spent a moment figuring out how to bend the metal in like the original hole so I could flush in the bolt. After considering some elaborate schemes I thought, hmm why not just torque the bolt in and see if bends. duh. It came out perfect. That plate mount point has been bugging me for some time. Solved.

Yes, wish we did not have the requirement here in Texas. Some areas of Texas are pretty relaxed on pulling you over on it, but my town seems to not hesitate to write up a ticket on it.
I haven't had a front plate on in about 10 years, think I only got pulled over for it once in the 350z, and I screwed in the stillen bracket, showed the courts, took it back off in the parking lot

This reply may have been inadvertently mis-sent. I'm looking for a hub cap type wheel cover made by Zinik,
which apparently is out of business, for our 2005 350Z. The cover we have was broken during a tire change,
and is a plastic material made to resemble chrome. Thanks. Don David Price

We're looking for a Zinik Model # 2086 center hub cap replacement. Any ideas?

2. Why in the holy hell do you have hub caps on a car that never came with hub caps?

2. Since this is my wife's car, not my own, I was only trying to be helpful to her. Her 2005 Z with Zinke wheels did come with hub caps.
