Question aluminum pedals on base

Hey Guys,

I have a base, and I am trying to install the aluminum pedals on it. Has anyone done this that could help me out? I can't figure out how to remove the accelerator pedal.

Thanks

It's a clip on the back that needs to come off. After that the pedal flips down and you slide it off from there. The clip that I am speaking of is attached to the metal bar coming down to the pedal (pretty close to the top of the pedal).

I wedged a [thin] screwdriver to pop it off, just be careful not to scratch the metal though. After that, the accel. pedal is a piece of cake. Second easiest pedal next to the dead pedal. The brake and clutch were the worst. Caused me to sweat.

That would be Jun's aluminum pedal installation. Search is down. Easiest thing to do would be to find the member Jun from the forum member list and then search all of his posts STARTING FROM the beginning, not recent.

He must have cleared his server space... it was a really nice pictorial that pretty much summed up the installation. Guess people will have to use their imaginations

FINALLY! Yeah, the brake and clutch were the hardest part of it...once I figured out how to get the accelerator pedal off. My fingers were a little sore after this, but it was worth it. Thanks for the help.

Sorry for the delay! Did you get the accel on? I took some pics for you so that I can explain it better, i have to e-mail them to you because the pics are HUGE, let me know if you still need them.
About the installation guide, the server where the pics were posted took a dump, it's a friend's server, and i lost all the pics , but i'm going to try to make another guide with what i have now.
