Admins: Id like to get a clarification about the SportZ subscription. If we already get the magazine this will extend it another year?????? I saw the blurp about it.

"Validity periods marked * indicate that purchasing this subscription will extend your existing subscription of that type."

But since there is no asteric next to the SportZ section I have to assume this is for a new subscription only?

I posted this in another thread but I'll try again here will you also add more options with the premier membership and Sport Z Magazine subscription? I want both, but I would like to add a few back issues and the faster shipping I'll pay the difference and have my card in hand

I will explain how this works:

SkyMan, yes

zwindsor, you will get a refund of the unused portion of your existing subscription and the subscription that you get through the premier member package will take it's place. This is the refund policy for anyone on this board that has a 1 year subscription with SZM. If you have a 2 or 3 year subscription and lets say you just subscribed, you would be refunded the 1st years payment and the remaining 1 or 2 years would be added on to the end of your 1st years sub through the premier member package. Since the premier member package is only good for one year, if you renew at the end of that 1st year you will again be refunded 1 years sub from what was rolled over from your existing subscription and so on until you have been compeletly refunded or stopped enrolling in the premier member section of this site.

Hraesvelg, yes you can order extra issues and upgrade to 1st class mailing if you want. Everytime someone signs up to get the magazine with the premier members package, you will be contacted via email and asked for your mailing address. At this point when you email me back your address, also send along a phone number and we will call and take your order over the phone.

Remember that the magazine is quarterly so there will be cutoff dates involved as to when you sign up for the premier package and when the magazine is mailed out. But everyone will recieve 4 issue with each 1 year membership no matter when they sign up. To give you an idea, say you sign up for the membership on March 5th, the cutoff date to recieve the Spring 2005 issue was February 25th, your subscription would start with the Summer 2005 issue which is due to mail out the end of May/early June. The reason we have to do this is because the mailing costs would go through the roof if we mailed them out individually. The magazine is heavily discounted in the premier members package so the mailing out of the magazine needs to coincide with the release of the magazine.

It is very important that anyone that signs up to get the magazine must supply me with a mailing address. Like I said above I will contact you via email but you can also send me your contact info and mailing address as soon as you sign up by emailing me directly at associatepublisher@sportzmagazine.com. I will be able to check you name with the list that is sent to me by Kyle on a monthly basis.

Important note: If you are already a member of a local Z club that is part of the SZM Partner Club program (see page 66 of the Spring 2005 issue for more details), do not sign up for the magazine through this package on this site since you already get a 1 year membership through the club promotion.
