I don't think you fully understand the "responsibilities" of a mod. Its like another babysitting job but you can't smack them on the side of the head. I feel sorry for the mods for some of the stuff they have to put up with. Do you even get pay? Its like your boss saying, hey, heres more ****zz to do but no raise. Phuc Dat!

Also, it would help if you would first be a premier member.

 

^I can't think of a single forum where I've been that moderators get paid. They do it all because they enjoy the hobby.

 

Eh ClubRSX the moderators get a grip of free stuff. Shirts and the like. They really good with the sponsors and advertising. They have even gotten to the point that some companies make LE stuff such as Injen and some spring company I can't think of. Maybe we could get there one day but I believe they have a full race team and everything.

It seems like most of the newer Mods are very frequent posters in the Forum the are now moderators of...

I have been around since the VIN soup days and I am not a Mod.
