Hey Kevin, hope everything is going well. The stock R4 fuel map isnt necessary with your return fuel system. Becase you arent running a booster pump, the FMU, or the stock fuel rail, the map will not work with your new setup. Your tuner might find it easier just to tune from scratch.

I hope you all know that this car would not even be running if it wasn't for Shariff, AKA GQ 626, thanks for your help guys!! Any way ya, car goes to limp around 2500-3000rpm with the stock vortech R4 map, RICH BAD. It run good with the AAM re-flash, without any R4 in the system at all, but after break in I will need to lean it out for any good HP#s.
Hi Bill, I'm set up with 440 RCs, and right know the pulley is stock at 3.33" but I have a 3.12" on the way from Vortech.... no blower overspin!! Should I stay with R4 or go to the E-manage darkside?

Kevin...are you saying that you have the ECU flashed for the injectors and the blower ? If so...the SS box will be good enough for fine tuning the car and you won't have to spend extra on the emanage

Thats right Bill, I runs off the re-flash, but it needs to be leaned out through the SS. I have an Autosport wire harnes so it is easy to add or remove the SS box from the system. When we tryed to run it with the SS in, with all cells @10.0 it would run but idel up and down, smoke rich, and would act like it was hitting rev. limt. or limp mode about 2000 or 2500 rpms. It also threw out a code for low volt mass air! We took the SS back out not knowing where to even start with map mods.
The only reason for going to Emanage is because I can't find ANYONE WHO KNOWS R4. There are at least guys out here who are good with the emanage.
So, I stick with the SS and pay all kinds of dyno time so someone can LEARN the R4 on my car, and maby get it right, or spend the money on emanage, and let a local have at it.
