The reflash is all I need. I don't plan on pushing it past stock boost, and the only other performance mods I plan doing anytime soon are Clutch/Flywheel and maybe the Kinetix SSV. From what I understand the ECU should be able to adjust for the manifold. I'm going to let Speed Dreams test that theory, though.

Don't meen to hijack but I know the e.c.u. is flashed for 91 octane. I live in florida where we have 93....should I request a flash for 93 or will the e.c.u. adjust for it? I just want to be able to take advantage of the 93 octane if I can.

Thanks Mia, cant wait kit should be here in the next couple of days!! Mia, does the BOV sound differient with the horn part not connected? Better/worse?
Taurran, cant wait to see install pics! I will use them sort of like cliff notes so I will have a better grasp of things when installing my kit. Also lets us know of any run ins the installers come across to sort of give everybody else getting the kit a heads up!!

alright, thanks. Maybe I should start a new thread but what about priming the turbo/oil feed line before the first start up? Is there a way to do it, is it needed?

I got my kit over a week ago, but I am waiting on some stuff then I will be on it.
Also to the starter of the thread, congrats and I was surprised how heavy the Turbo is. Coming from Civic's I have seen and dealt with smaller turbo's

Yeah the turbo definitely is beefy. Where did you order yours from? Did it come directly from Turbonetics? They sent out the latest batch last week and most haven't received the kits yet. Was yours complete?
Grats and good luck with the kit.
EDIT: nice, missed the pics while I was posting.

FYI... the 60-1 is actually not a T3/t4 hybrid. It is more of a T4/huge compressor hybrid. The All 60-1s use a T4 turbine section and a customer compressor section. Text from Turbonetics webpage...
Representing the careful marriage of a unique high flow/high efficiency compressor section teamed up with a T4 turbine section the 60-1 has proven itself in every competitive motorsport application from drag racing to bonneville. Available with either the standard (4” inlet, 2.5” discharge) compressor housing or the 60-1 HI-FI ( 2 3/4” inlet, 2” discharge) compressor housing, the 60-1 will outflow any standard T04B with ease! (The 60-1 HI-FI will deliver approximately 90-95% of the flow capacity of the standard 60-1.)

I chose to go with the AEM Wideband 02 and the Autometer Sport-Comp electronic boost gauge. The boost gauge is like MIA's, with a 15psi range. It's got a black face and silver bezel, and matches up perfectly. I'll post pics when they're installed.
