And also looking for a setup for autocross/road course, what size wheel should I go with, and what tires? (I heard Toyo RA1s (I believe) are supposed to grip extremely well)

Arias extreme-duty (8.6:1 , not sure on the bore yet, how much can you bore the Darton sleeves?

At some point, there may be some modification needed to the headgasket, but I havent measured it to detemine what that is.
Boring doesnt result in huge displacement gains (or power gains)....that is where a stroker kit really comes in. You just need to check on the thickness of the sleeve, and the sleeve manufacturer will have a recommending overbore limit for each application. If it was my motor, I would probably go .040 and leave it at that. THat would make your 3.5L about a 3.6L.

I was thinking about .040 as well.
Brandon, the 650whp goal seems a bit lofty. Are you planning on headwork? I know you said you were getting a longblock, so I assume you are doing heads, springs and retainers and possibly oversized valves. So far, no one outside a race team has put down an uncorrected number over 620 on pump gas. I would say shoot for 450 and maybe 600, still pushing it.
The SGP pistons are CP pistons, it is just modified to their specs. Sounds like you will be building a beast. Best of luck.
