Default resale after FI?

the only thing stopping me from going APS TT on my G35 is the fact that i dont know how the resale would be on the car. i know i dont want to keep the car for more then 4-5 years and i know i will lose alot of money on the TT setup if i sell the car, but how is the market to sell a car with TT on there? really wanna do it, but dont know if i should because i dont know how long i want to keep the car.
any opinions? or if any one else had the same question before they went FI?

It's almost always better to remove it and put it back to stock. You get more money that way.

I've sold cars with a lot of aftermarket parts before though b/c it looked like a PITA to take em off.

and if you were to go with a TT F/I system that would be no exception to the PITA category...

It would take a while to sell it...but if you wait for the right buyer, someone would most definitely pick it up for 3-5 grand over blue book. There are lots of people out there who know how much time a money it takes to upgrade a car like the 350Z/G35 with forced induction and they'll be more than willing to purchase a ready made example that's very well maintained.

I know my Eclipse that I traded in for $7k probably had $10k in parts on it.

A guy at my work traded in his supercharged mustang for like $10k, and it had like $15k in aftermarket on it. I wonder where these cars end up, auction? Whoever picks them up gets a good deal if they know what it is!!

I'll be putting everything back to stock before selling the car in 4-5 years. The APS TT kit will be sold for 1/2 price of what I paid or something, depending on the use...
