Default guys with cams and tt/ manifold vacuum?

was curious to see what type of manifold vacuum people were getting that had done aftermarket or nismo cams. i have not had my idle bumped up yet but at 650rpm i am only at 11in vacuum. even my solid roller vette is getting 15-16. i have ported the heads quite abit, but dam that still seems low. btw, tested for intake leaks by pressurizing the intake and doing a leakdown test and it was good.
on a side note, my greddy pressure sensor is saying only -6.5 at idle on datalogging with the eu. also, i datalogged while running the car and my autometer gauge read about 10lbs but the greddy pressure sensor only said 5.5lbs. i'm sure it would not even run at only 6.5in vacuum, so why is the pressure sensor so off? any way to calibrate it?

I don't know what the units are but mine reads -21 at idle (with 9.0:1 compression pistons).

Mine reads -11.5-12.5 depending on outside conditions. I am running the JWT cams/p&p head and 9.0 compression.

5.5lbs=11.2in. Hg So your readings are correct. I would not put any faith in the autometer gauge. They are notoriously all over the board. Get a good electronic gauge(not the autometer electronic).

What type of engine management are people using that build their engines? I noticed overZealous uses E-manage and theking has the TS flash. Did they do a custom flash for you (theking)?

Reason I ask, my buddy is forced to build his turbo'd Z and we were curious as to what you guys were using to control everything.

i am also going to send my ecu off for a reflash. i think technosquare has done enough now they could actually get pretty close and just use the emanage to fine tune. i am running rather large injectors for the emanage to adjust for, so hoping a reflash will get me 90% there so i don't have to rely on the emanage so much. plus was having issues bumpin up the idle with the emanage, hence the reason for this post, lol.

I understand. Are there any Technosquare certified reflashers? Or do you have to send it straight to them?

So basically, you have the E-manage, HKS F Con and soon to be UTEC?

This is what I did. I have the TS flashed ECU with about 18degrees of total timing and flashed for 440 injectors. I have the emanage putting some full in and scaling for the larger injectors. I only add fuel through the additional injection map.

9.0:1 CR, and 1000rpm idle speed, and JWT cams. -8.0psi. I used to hover around -10psi with stock CR and cams.
