A friend of mine has the HKS SC and the Koyo radiator. They would not work together without getting aftermarket fans. He had to go with something like Flex-A-Lite or something like that. I think you would likely have to do the same with the Vortech as the IC piping is already very close to the fans.

I have that setup. There had to be some shaving done. It will work, but you have to "make it fit"

Could you post some pix of it installed so we can get a good idea of the extent of the shaving that must be done to "make it fit"?

(zachcrosen) My car is in the shop right now. I should have it back by the end of the week. PM me your email address and I will send you pics because I can't host them.

(barthelb) Yeah, it was too depressing reading about Z's when you don't have yours.

Another option is the PE. I don't have one (yet) but have heard good things. Also, see here:

This is my post. The PE radiator is awesome. For 350z guys it is a direct fit without modification. I only needed bracket fabricated, but no shaving. By the time you pay for the labor of shaving down the fans and shroud, or buying new fans you could have bought the PE. I got my from Sharif at www.forgedinternals.com.
