some of you folks following my posts know i am having a bit of problems with my car. i have come to the realization that this is not the easiest car to tune and have looked to sharif for help. not many tuners around here are familiar with my set up and sharif's car being very close to mine i figured he would be the best one to tune it.
talking with sharif, it would be better for all if we got more cars together for him to look at and also bring down the airfare and possible hotel costs incurred. i have talked with torquefreaks here in portland about renting their dyno, and they said $85 an hour with a/f readout also. anybody else interested in this just post and then figure out how many cars we are looking at and go from there.
hoping to do something within a few weeks or so.

I hope he will try and make it out to Zcargarage since he will be on the west coast. I would like to meet him and Im sure Rob wouldn't mind seeing him again. "hint Hint"

It would be fun to talk Z with 'em, however I don't have any current "needs".

Unless I get a full 3" exhaust, then I'll probably rip unichip and go with the EU I bought from him.

 

I knew it wouldnt take long for you to make the switch.

I don't really have any needs (Still stock) but I live in Tigard too. Can't believe I haven't seen you on the road at least once in the past year or so.

We should get together sometime.

 

well the past 4 months the car has either been at my shop or at my house. only taken it out a few times on late night testing trips. but i used to have black wheels on it too with the daytona blue color. pretty low also. i live right off gaarde in tigard so if you live around here you prolly know where that is. got a bar right down the road, dr. feelgoods, lol.

 

Ha. I know where that is (near Walgreens right?). I'm right off of Hall and the 99. Only a few (long) blocks away. I'll let you know when I next get the local Z crew together.

 

You guys are making me miss the great NorthWest. I lived in the Seattle/Kirkland area for four years...a lovely place, indeed.
