I don't think the turbocharger will be a restriction at those levels, I think the 90 Degree exhaust bends and stock manifolds will pose a bigger restriction then anything else. But it's hard to say until someone tries it

Funny you say that as its being worked out right now. The turbo can flow about 550-570 RWHP at 18-20 PSI this is at the wheels of course. A T61 will fit where this one is and can flow for 600+ at the same boost pressureand can be used with this kit. Turbonetics is working on this now. Stage II as it will be called has the goal of mid 500s out of box. Built motor of course.
