Default Getting ready for turbo install?

Should I be installing better performance parts to better protect my engine and transmission prior to getting a Turbonetics Kit for an automatic transmission or do I have nothing to worry about?

Add a tranny oil cooler.

It really does help.

Like its been said already, just to have piece of mind up your rev. limiter with a flash and add tranny oil cooler. And maybe look into a vb upgrade. It is less expensive to get extra safety features (even if not neccessarily needed) than it is to fix something when it breaks...

I saw on a web site that this kit comes with a full ECU Re flash wouldn't that be enough? VB up grade?(Valve body?)

It comes with a full reflash that takes care of the fuel and timing, but it doesn't raise the rev limmiter I believe. On the automatic the tranny sometimes isn't able to shift right before redline due to all the power, so upping your rev limiter will give it a little more room to work with. Also, just yesterday, I read a thread that turbonetics doesn't have a kit for the auto yet, but that they are working closely on it. Not sure how true that is.
