Default My New APS TT 350Z

After buying one of the first 100 production APS TT kits I finally "pulled the trigger" on the install. It's been a long, patient wait with a lot of home work being done on F.I. this past year.
Scott Performance down in Santa Clara did the work. Along with the APS TT kit install I opted for Ted's custom grind cams, 3 " exhaust, APS Test Pipes, APS Plenum / Strut Bar, JWT Clutch and two Defi Gauges (boost and oil temp).
I drove the car home tonight from the bay area to my house with is about two and half hours. Car was great with no over heating. I am very pleased and happy thus far. This is my first turbo car and my previous NA Z was my first sports car. I am learning how to handle this beast. I have asked Ted to email me my Dyno Sheet as he already had another car on the dyno when I retrieved my car. My car made 473 rwhp at Scott Performance's Dastek Load Based Dynometer. I forgot exactly how much torque she made but I was told that I could expect 420 lbs. Once again I will post the dyno as soon as I have it. I will give more of my impressions of the car in time. I will say for now that everyone who has gone for a spin in the thing has had the **** scared out of them...including me!!!! WHAT A BLAST.

I really do appreciate all the technical support and congrats you guys have given me. I am sure I will be here with all of you still pioneering the way to the safest and most reliable path POSSIBLE to F.I. on the 350Z.
My car is holds 9 lbs. of boost and is a sheer animal. Keep in mind people this is my first boosted car. As a matter of fact this is only the second car I've ever owned. I am really learning the car and how to take car of it. I will try and get a vid of me ripping it up in the county here in Norcal. I live way up north where the only thing you need to watch out for is Cows and Cops

Congrad man, did you see my bro car there too? It's the only z there with a CF hood. He's getting the greddy put in by Ted. How long did it take before you got your car back? Anyway maybe we'll catch each other at SP. My little bro is so lucky. I wish I never sold him the car. LOL! But at least I will still get to drive it. He's hoping for some big number too.

Yeah...sure did. I liked the CF hood. My car looks totally stock in appearance except for some Toyo tires and window tint. I have a sleeper Silver Stone Z for now...sure does not sound stock though!
Bigbri I am near Chico and I am going to try and get my first practice vid this afternoon. I will have to figure out how to post it after that.

This being my first turbo car I have to say I like the APS BOV. I assume your asking because most BOVs are louder? My car is sleeper and that is what I perfer. When I get on the gas everyone knows whats up. I don't need my car to be any louder. Thats just what I like. The intercooler does not have the APS logo on it and it is hidden behind a mesh screen.
