My cost from Vortech was $ 147.00 took about 3 weeks for them to do, Talk to a guy named Jamie in tech. Best 147 i've spent yet for HP gains!
Ryan, Keep us informed on the 2.87" swap I've though a lot about that!

has anyone tried swapping the cogged pullies instaed of the 6 rib pulley?
If you stayed with the larger 3.33"pulley and then you switched out the cogged pullies, you wouldn't run into as many belt slippage problems...maybe.

The shop got my motor back in and running good . SGP did a great job on the motor . They dropped the compression to 8.5 to 1 with CP piston this time . This is going to be one stout motor . It feels stronger even with the lower compression . Didnt feel any loss from it . I only went to 1/4 throttle to about 4000rpm's was running pretty lean and I saw 4psi so I didnt try to throttle it up any further . Im glad I didnt because the blower started to whine real bad . We checked the oil feed and return lines and they are fine . So the blower is going back to Vortech . The SGP valve body shifted great and is going to help alot . The 31+12+4 intercooler and 3in. pipe to the TB is going to help air flow a great deal . Cant wait to see what she will do . Now if Vortech holds to thier said 7 to 10 day turn around [ lol ..took a month last time ] it shouldnt be much longer
