I can unbolt the exhaust tomorrow night. I have to fly tonight. Santa Claus doesn't deliver all those damn packages in his sleigh. You can thank me, UPS and the mighty Boeing 727 for that.

This problem started the minute I installed my exhaust. I usually run with my exhaust silencers out. I put them in and the increase in back pressure lowered the boost approx 2 PSI. But if you want me to unbolt it and run it I will tomorrow unless Kelly can get to it tonight/tomoorw and report back. I can't do it until tomorrow night 6PM the earliest.

Thats fine. I'm just curious what happens. I know that on the stock exhaust you were fine. Its just interesting that even with NO exhaust just the downpipe on the car at Turbonetics they still get the same boost pressure. Nothing changes except a little more power without the exhaust.

Isn't TN in Cali? That would mean the car has converters... Correct? I don't have converters installed.

Stop getting on it or your going to blow your engine, seriously. Go get your ride tuned by a professional. I blew my engine from the same thing you are experiencing now. Trust me replacing your block totally sucks especially considering that you could prevent all that from just a proper tune. $400-500 for a good tune is peanuts compared to if you blow a rod and send it through the block.

1. I'm running 100 octane Sunoco Racing gas. I'm good for about 12 PSI right now with no problems.
2. Waiting for UTEC to be released (I have an appointment next week)
3. The problem is uncontrolled boost. A good tune won't regulate my boost will it.

This problem has go to be figured out. Good tune or not the car will still overboost.

THE BEAST !!!!

Boost control problems? Boost control solution !!!!!

I might have to carry some more boost now to compensate for the weight of this monster !!

Dumping VP 108 in your car could create some issues. It's a leaded fuel. The only unleaded is 100, and 96. The unleaded fuels are clear.

Actually VP has 109 unleaded. I bought some this weekend. It was clear, matter of fact looked like Vodka but smelled like it would remove skin on touch Car like that

DAMN HOMEY !!!! You totally ignored my huge wastegate Rob to tell me about 109 octane.

You couldn't have said: "Damn that's a big *** wastegate. Mad respect to you. By the way they make 109 octane."

With a wastegate this big I demend it be aknowledged.
