You are saying the lower radiator hose on the drivers side is not hot? If thats so its your thermostat. The lower hose is the feed hose from the radiator to the motor. The Thermostat is not opening so water is not flowing through that hose.. Pull your thermostat and drop it in a boiling water pan. It probably aint gonna move. If you live in warm climates pull the thermostat off the housing and re-install the housing. Stock thermostats are junk. If not go get another sotkc thermostat for like $15 (the Nismo isnt worth another $100 just for a 20 degree opening diffference). But be prepared to replace it again.

THe driver side hose will not get warm until the thermostat opens, as MIAPLAYA alluded to. You need to free rev your engine, and get it nice and warm. Patience, my friend.....alas...you are getting closer.

There is no way to avoid this issue. You just need to take the time to properly bleed and purge the system of bubbles. Some shops have a vaccuum assist device, that makes the job much faster.
